Terms & Conditions

  • The Winter 2022 Love2shop Reward Scheme and platform is a live programme owned by The National Timber Group (NTG), including, Timberworld, Arnold Laver, Rembrand Timber, Thornbridge Sawmills and NYTimber Companies.
  • The promotion period applies to all invoiced orders placed between 04.01.2022 and 28.02.2022.
  • All spend targets must be achieved by 28.02.2022 to be eligible for a reward. Every order that is placed between the promotional dates will add to your cumulative spend.
  • All spend targets are exclusive of VAT.
  • To be eligible for rewards, all customers must have previously signed up for the scheme, or hold an online web account with Timberworld, and any orders placed without registration, i.e. guest orders, will be excluded from the reward programme. 
  • Once you have achieved a spend target, you will be invited to the Love2shop portal to activate and redeem your rewards.
  • The reward value is capped at the maximum target reward within your achieved spend category.
  • All rewards will be issued as digital credit on your customer Love2shop portal, where you will be able to select and order which vouchers you'd like to redeem from our store, whether that's Love2shop, Argos, M&S, and many more. Your earned reward value can be split across different retailers who offer vouchers and gift cards. If you select physical gift cards, these will be dispatched directly from Love2shop within 48 hours of ordering. Physical vouchers will be sent on a First-Class signed for service. If you select an e-voucher, your digital code will be sent directly to your email. We aim to issue all rewards on week commencing 7th March 2022.
  • If a participant requires a refund on any spend made during the promotion period that resulted in a reward, the value of the refund will be deducted from the relevant transaction value, which may result in the reward no longer being made due to the subsequent transaction value falling below a reward threshold.
  • If you are making a purchase through an account but you are not the named account holder, any reward made during the promotion period is for the benefit of and will be sent to the account holder.
  • No cash alternative is available.
  • NTG is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to a participant (i) which is not reasonably foreseeable to the participant and to the promoter when the participant agrees to these terms and conditions (which occurs automatically when the participant participates in this Promotion) or (ii) is reasonably foreseeable to the participant and to the promoter when the participant agrees to these terms and conditions but is only indirectly related to the participant participating in this promotion.
  • Customers from sister companies NTS, IDS, national contractors and public sector customers are not eligible for this scheme.
  • If your account is placed on hold due to non-payment/breach of payment terms, rewards will not be administered.
  • NTG reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the event NTG believes that they have contravened any of these terms and conditions, and if NTG is aware that the Participant has a dispute regarding their account. NTG’S decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • If for whatever reason, after registering for the Promotion you then decide you do not wish to take part in this offer, please contact our marketing department with your company name, postcode, and recent order numbers.
  • NTG will only process your personal information under current UK data protection legislation and as set out in our privacy policy.
  • The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will also apply to the reward where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these promotional terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
  • By participating in the scheme, you give consent to NTG keeping your contact details for marketing purposes, primarily promotional emails. If at any time you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact our marketing department.
